Conference Description :
This hands-on, interactive course is designed for dental practitioners and their staff. This course will help clinicians develop skills necessary to perform advanced bone and soft-tissue grafting techniques with improved clinical outcomes. Lectures will provide detailed, step-by-step techniques for providing the following grafting procedures :
• Lateral window and ridge crest approach sinus membrane elevations.
• Block bone grafting for vertical and horizontal augmentations.
• Particulate grafting with tenting screws.
• Tooth extraction socket grafting.
• Soft tissue grafting techniques.

Conference Objectives are :
• Relevant anatomy for each grafting procedure.
• When and how to perform a lateral window or ridge crest approach technique to increase bone volume in posterior maxillary arches that require dental implant placement.
• When and how to perform an autogenous or allograft block bone graft to increase vertical height and horizontal width of deficient native bone.
• When and how to perform particulate bone grafts for augmenting deficient host bone.
• When and how to perform socket graft techniques, depending upon the remaining host bone.
• When and how to perform free gingival and sub-epithelial soft tissue grafts.
• Pharmacological techniques for improving surgical outcomes.
