54th Annual Northern Michigan Family Medicine Update is organized by University of Michigan Family Medicine and will be held during Jun 18 - 22, 2018 at Schuss Mountain at Shanty Creek, Bellaire, Michigan, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is health care professionals with diversified primary care practices, including but not limited to: family physicians, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 21.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Objectives are :
• Update primary care providers on a variety of current issues in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical problems commonly encountered in the daily practice of adult and pediatric medicine.
• Identify patient-centered outcomes research as it relates to addressing personal and primary healthcare needs.
• Identify evidence-based healthcare practices in adult and pediatric physical health, including but not limited to, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, psychology, depression and stress.
• Determine strategies to implement best practices in family medicine within various healthcare settings, including primary and specialty care.
• Identify current trends in hospital medicine and medical systems management.
