Health partners Clinical Simulation Facilitator Workshop is organized by HealthPartners Institute for Education and Research and would be held during Sep 27 - 29, 2017 at Regions Hospital, Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States of America.This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 22.00 contact hours of continuing nursing education.

Conference Objectives are :

• Identify theories that provide a framework for the use of simulation as an educational methodology.
• Define and provide examples of fidelity.
• Construct a 5-minute simulation scenario including objectives, roles, equipment, scenario flow and critical actions.
• Operate a high-fidelity mannequin, adjusting parameters to reflect scenario script and participant actions.
• Utilize moulage techniques to increase realism.
• Facilitate a simulation utilizing a high or moderate fidelity mannequin.
• dentify components of an effective debrief.
• Demonstrate elements of an effective debrief.
