12th Postgraduate Course on Gastrointestinal Motility and Neurogastroenterology in Clinical Practice is organized by American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society (ANMS) and would be held during Aug 4 - 6, 2017 at New York Hilton Midtown, New York, New York, United States of America. Target Audience
This program is intended for gastroenterologists in academic and clinical practice, GI fellows, nurses, physician assistants, technicians and medical assistants involved in adult and pediatric GI motility testing and research and for those caring for patients with neurogastroenterology and motility disorders as well as pharma and device manufacturers involved in this field.
Objectives
• To provide a unique opportunity for one-on-one mentoring of young investigators (trainees) who will pursue an academic career in FGIDs and neurogastroenterology and gastrointestinal motility disorders;
• To interact with young investigators by engaging in small group discussions, and providing didactic lectures on core academic topics (publishing, grant submissions, giving lectures, and starting a motility lab);
• To provide and develop leadership skills and discuss opportunities for academic growth and development
