International Society for Anaesthetic Pharmacology (ISAP) 24th Annual Meeting

Objectives:
-The audience will get a clear overview of what's new in anesthetic pharmacology in 2015.
- The audience will get acquainted with new pre-clinical mice models that may result in safer drug development.
- The audience will get an update on current understanding of the mechanisms of anesthetic effect.
- A review of problematic drug solutions and combinations will be presented and discussed with the audience after the lecture.
- The audience will gain further understanding of the innovation and entrepeneurship in anesthetic pharmacology in an attempt to familiarize the audience with the difficulties that need to be overcome before a new technology or drug is introduced into clinical practice.
- The audience should have a better understanding of several reasons why the rejection rate of publication is high as well as learn the do's and don't's to improve the chances for acceptation for publication.
